70% Of Women Die From Lack Of Sex
Your body will pay the price for your miserable sex life
As a woman, I’ve always loved a good fuck — yes, I’ll be crude and direct because that’s what this conversation needs.
The data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of over 14,500 women doesn’t lie: those who have sex less than once a week are 70% more likely to die in the next five years.
And before you accuse me of being a sexologist or some kind of expert, I’m just a woman who decided to investigate why my body craves sex like it craves water.
The Journal of Psychosexual Health published something in 2023 that should be on every magazine cover: your sexual frequency is a stronger indicator of longevity than your cholesterol levels. Let that sink in while you keep counting calories and avoiding fats.
Why isn’t anyone talking about this?
Simple: we still live in a society that would rather see women die of boredom than admit we need sex as much as we need exercise.
The same study revealed that even after adjusting for demographic factors and mental health, the risk of premature death remains 46% higher in sexually inactive women.
