I never thought I’d be writing about Christian fashion, but here we are. It’s funny how things change, isn’t it?

I remember when going to church meant wearing that prim and proper outfit. Now? Well, now it’s a whole different story.

Just yesterday, I saw a girl on the subway wearing a sweatshirt that said “Jesus is my homeboy”. I kept staring, trying to figure out if it was ironic or not. It wasn’t. The girl seemed super proud of that outfit.

It got me thinking: what’s going on with young people today? It’s not that I’m old — far from it! — but sometimes I feel like I’m on another planet.

I decided to do a little digging.

You know what I found out?

There’s this whole Christian fashion movement happening right under our noses. And we’re not talking about church camp t-shirts. We’re talking about expensive, cool brands that young people are crazy about.

There’s this brand called Fear of God — yes, that’s really the name — that sells t-shirts for over 200 dollars! And you know what’s even crazier?

They sell out in minutes. Minutes!
