I’m that person who puts grated cheese on everything. EVERYTHING. Pasta? Obviously. Salad? Sure. Soup? Why not?

And no, I’m not exaggerating or being dramatic. The numbers are frightening: in 2023 alone, there were over 300 major cheese thefts in Europe, exceeding 15 million euros in losses.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg — experts estimate that 75% of thefts never even reach the authorities.
