Let me be straight with you…

If you’re married and solo masturbation is a regular part of your life, you’ve got a serious problem to address. As a woman who closely observes marital dynamics, I see this reality destroying marriages every day.

Let’s stop sugarcoating this issue: choosing solo pleasure when you have a partner next to you is, at minimum, a massive red flag.

Don’t come at me with excuses like “it’s natural” or “everybody does it.” What’s natural is seeking intimacy with the person you chose to share your life with.

Let me be crystal clear about this:

1. If masturbating is more appealing than being intimate with your partner:

• Your marriage is in danger
• You’re running from real problems
• You urgently need to reassess your priorities

2. This choice is actively destroying:

• Your emotional connection
• Your partner’s self-esteem
• The very foundation of your marriage
