Dear friends..

today I feel compelled to open my heart to you.

You know that feeling of achieving something you’ve long desired, yet still feeling… empty?

Well, that’s exactly what happened to me. I got a promotion at work — the one I worked so hard for.

My first thought was, “Wow, I’m going to earn more!”

But you know what came next? An overwhelming emptiness.

I started thinking: what was all this effort for?

All those extra hours, sacrificed weekends, sleepless nights… Was it really worth it? I began to question what really matters in this life.

Is it this relentless pursuit of achievements and recognition?

Or are we all missing the true meaning of life?

I remembered all the times I said “no” to a family dinner because I had work to do. The postponed trips, the simple moments I let slip by. And for what? To have a fancier title on my business card? To have a fatter bank account?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying ambition and professional success are bad things. Far from it. But isn’t the price we pay for them too high? How often do we…
