What Life Has Taught Me About Sex?

So far … I don’t even know

At 34, I can say that life has taught me the true meaning of sexual freedom. I’m not just talking about physical freedom, but the kind that starts in the mind and extends throughout our entire being.

Sex, I’ve realized, is one of the purest and most honest expressions of our humanity.

The first big lesson was abandoning prejudices. Those little judgments ingrained in us from an early age, the preconceived ideas about what’s “right” or “appropriate.” Life taught me that sex has no rules beyond mutual consent and respect.

There’s no “normal” or “abnormal” — there’s only what makes us feel good and what doesn’t.

Discovering the power of dominance and submission was revealing. Not in the superficial sense that many imagine, but as a dance of power where roles flow naturally. One day we’re in control, the next we surrender completely. This duality taught me that true strength lies in knowing how to embrace both sides.
