It Controls Your Life, and You Don’t Even Realize It
Dopamine… Yep…
It’s the reason the world feels like an instant gratification circus. This tiny molecule in your brain dictates what you want, how you act, and why you’re obsessed with likes or that last shot of tequila. It practically determines your daily happiness.
But before we blame technology or the “millennial generation,” we need to look inward. Because, at the core, we are biologically programmed to chase pleasure — and it’s crushing us.

Dopamine is nothing more than the chemical of pleasure and motivation. Back in school, I remember learning about studies showing that rats deprived of dopamine would starve to death, even with food right next to them.
Now think about that… Replace the rats with humans and the food with pornography, social media, or video games.
The result? An endless spiral of seeking bigger and faster rewards.
